the thing about working with fabrics is that there is a fair amount of leftover material when our products are cut, be it from jackets, shirts, or boots. In our latest rendition of our backpacks, we wanted to put those materials that would otherwise be wasted to good use. It’s a backpack, made of burel with leather trim. Lined, with a laptop compartment inside and two interior pockets. An outside pocket. Handholds on the top and adjustable leather straps. Zip fastening.
Burel is a traditional Portuguese fabric made from 100% pure sheep wool, always connected to Region of Serra da Estrela (highest mountain in Portugal), mountains and shepherds with their handmade covers.
